Over a decade ago, nine-year-old Charlotte Whitaker couldn't stand the thought of other children going without joy during the holidays. What began as a small toy drive through her church for the Texas Baptist Children's Home has grown into a widespread movement.

Fueled by a community that cared, that single initiative has delivered thousands of gifts to hundreds of families. Today, The Texas Gift Foundation is the formalization of that simple, powerful impulse: seeing a need and filling it with a tangible gift.
